This sensor basically has the same spec and function     as the standard version, with 1 added function: condominium control, or multi control.

In many cases, several sensors are connected together to control the same fixture, or to trigger on each other, the sudden on/off of the lamp tube causes magnetic pulse, which may mis-trigger the sensor. Hytronik condominium sensor is specially designed for that application.
